Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing JMD Industries, Inc. as your supplier for metal finishing.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we’re here to help.
- Email email@example.com to receive an RMA#. In the subject line include: “Request for RMA”. DO NOT RETURN your items without an RMA#.
- Be sure to include:
- Your original PO#
- Quantity of discrepant items
- Reason for return
- Return your items as received.
- Allow 48 hours for items to be evaluated.
- A Quality Assurance Representative will contact you with a disposition.
Terms & Conditions:
You have 30 calendar days to return item(s) from the date in which it was shipped. The ship date can be found on your original packing slip.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. JMD is not responsible for any subsequent finishes or services that may have been applied afterwards by another source.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them within 48 hours to determine a disposition. If we determine your return to be acceptable we will:
- Rework the item(s) if possible.
- If items cannot be reworked, a credit will be issued for the value of the service(s) provided for the amount of discrepant items. JMD is not responsible for the cost of the fabrication of the item(s).
If we determine your return to be unacceptable, you will be responsible for items to be picked up or re-delivered. If item(s) are not picked up within 30 days, item(s) will be scrapped.
